Book of Crusade

And thus it came to pass that the Vanquisher of Shadow repented of his sin against the Morning and Evening Star and was thus forgiven and embraced again by the light.

The wisdom of the gods is evident in such things. For it was that the priestess of the oracle Andrea revealed to the Morning and Evening Star that Galan, Keeper's Hand, would betray the light surrender to the Fallen Son of Thunder and die by his hand.

The Keeper in Wisdom removed his hand from the Crusade of which the Light must engage.

As the Vanquisher, placed by the Keeper, bravely charged to the Heart of Greatest Darkness, the nations and kings of the world flocked to follow.

From the Empire of Crystal to the Haven's of Grey it came to pass the lands opened their borders and the valiant poured from the coast.

The Empress, who shall live forever, tasked with defending the faith, trusted in the gods the safety of her people and sent the entirety of her army to the Light's call.

It was her voice which awakened the most precious gift. Advents children of men and gods forged in the Empire of Crystal and trusted to gods and men, all children of Zeus, were called by the one who shall live forever.

And thus it was with the touch of the One Winged an Advent arose.

And this it was with the touch of the Rider of the Winds an Advent arose.

And thus it was with the touch of the Oracle an Advent arose.

Powers of men and gods followed and fought the Vanquisher as he charged through the stone skinned creatures sent by the Dark Empress.

It came to pass that the armies of the Crusade under the Keeper's ensign and Vanquisher's sword they pressed to the coast where magic and gods could no longer touch.

And it came to pass that there the crusade met the full furry of the shadow and the deepest dregs of annihilation.
