He has let old feuds with Malekite and the sith be more important than keeping zyr in prison. That decision has cost thousands of lives and devestated the Grey Havens.
The Dark one was destroyed there is no longer a need for the Keepers elevated decision. He should step down unless he is willing to make the hard decisions and hand over the lanterns and give full aid to Luther fighting Zyr.
