Oa

The following is excerpts and chronicles of the city of Oa after apocalypse was expelled.

The empire arrived and attempted to arrest all lanterns and confiscate Oa.  When resistance was met they attempted spirit bombing.  The attempt was unsuccessful due to psionic teleportation to a dead magic zone.  Eventually Oa surrenderred to Geneva on condition they not be handed to the empire.  It was accepted and teams from the mage school led by balthizar and consulted by kaedan investigated the lantern. 

After over a year it was determined the lantern held no trace of intelligence...except of course for toshiro who has also crafted himself an extremely powerful golemn body. 
The empress, may she live forever, wants the lanterns destroyed confident that they do not understand what they are doing and its too risky.  Geneva has maintained their stance which has nearly completely eroded the positive relationship the two countries once enjoyed. 

The empire has declared if any green lantern is on imperial territory they consider it an act of war.  Recently evidence of green lantern rings used in an attempt to breech the core and Thomas networks has resulted in an offical decleration of war by the empire on Geneva and Oa.

Oa currently resides over the ocean south of the genevan islands. And has begun research on how to create a blue lantern.
